|  I want Portals, what should I get? (I'm in AUS)
Hello Team. locally we have TRX4 sport for $559, GEN8 for $549 not sure of any others.. Im also happy to purchase online from OS and get delivered (MST maybe?) I have many axial based RC's and think its time for something new. my 2.2 rigs work well on my course, but 1.9s struggle, and i think portals may give them a shot.... come at me, I would love some real people incite into the two options. |

G Made R1 has portals. Sorta ok, small bearings on axles are an issue .steering angle is also poor Hang up and Drive |

Im gonna give the new Redcat portal kit a go on a custom chassis. For $99usd for the whole thing, Its worth the shot. I have been on the Redcat Gen 7 FB group since the Beta version of these axles were released and their were a few failures, but overwhemingly they sounded strong and reliable.
