So Mike do you mind sharing your secret on your guages? The ones I have are from a Photo Etched Kit and are much smaller. I was thinking of using them and making a custom dash but would like to have something much larger. Are they decals printed on Clear Decal Paper layed on clear bubble and then cut out?

That looks awesome man! I know how people do them, but what do you use to turn down your shocks? I need to do mine, but the service on here is charging too much so Im trying to see how you go about it

| Either a drill press or a cordless drill and a metal file. Chuck up the shock and go to town until it is turned down to the diameter you want. Then take it out of the chuck and turn it over and do the same thing to the other end.

Actually, I had a guy over on scale 4x4 (outcastrc) make the decals for me. He had used them on his scale Land Cruiser build and when I saw them I had to have some! So I asked if he would do a run for me. He printed them a clear type paper which I didnt realize when I 1st got them but soon as I stuck on a black dash and realized you couldnt see the gauge anymore I realized this could work in my favor so since they are on a clear paper, it allows me to light them up Send me a PM, and we can talk more | |

Looks amazing Mike. I always feel like the pictures need a drive though, I think with a driver, a great deal of people wouldn't even think twice about them being not being a 1:1.

Well done There is nothing more fun then tearing it up with the Bruisery Hybreds. What do you think of the reduced IMEX tires? They look great but how well do the perform? |

After looking at it again and again, I have to say that my favorite touch is the three holes in the primer fender that simulate the look of where an emblem should be. BTW the picture of it laying on its side is KA! Reminds me of the pic of Badgers truggy laying over. |

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys, its an awesome rig and its only going to get better I am sourcing a bunch of scale stuff for the tool box, I already have 2 different flash lights, a fire extinguisher, 2 different shovels, and MSD tow straps. I ordered some more coolers with ice, I also found some cool sleeping bags. I still have to make a rear bumper, front bumper with a juggsterr winch...also make a plate up front and actually add a winch servo. Install rear license plate, finish body details, etc etc etc...Stay tune, its NOT done yte |
