Who would have ever thought a sweatshirt would make sick fenders?!?! That looks unbeleavable! Now I need to step my build up that much further.......THANKS! I'm gonna lose my house over this build off. If this goes as well as it has I might be voting for you instead. On a tech note though is there much flex to the resin because of the shirt or is it basically as stiff as the plastic?

Its just as hard as the plastic once it dries, And its just as thick because of the sweatshirt and resin

i see very little pitting in the resin, nice job man. go find your self some high build primer before paint, that stuff is a miracle in a spray can.

DH, you can get it any where that sells paint, Most of its normally brown(I think). It will say "high build" on the can. Thats what I know to the best of my knowledge.

That rig is so awesome! It looks really nice, I can't wait to see it finished.

i cant remember the brand but most autoparts stores and walmart(auto section, not paint) even, usually carry it, its in a spray can and its called "high build" primer, will save you a TOOOOON of smoothing/bondo work.
it its sands off like butter, so easy. i belive it was white.
i wanna say dupli color, but im sure im probly wrong.
