Talking Donohoe Racing FJ Cruiser

Well I decided to put this up since a couple people asked where the build thread was.. This is what I plan on entering into the 1.9er buildoff.. I have a CC-01 chassis on its way to me as I speak (THANKS TODD).. And I talked to a friend of mine just a few hours ago that owns a cnc shop, And is gonna make me the exact wheels out of billet aluminum (Real Beadlocks) at that. Now i have to figure out what kind of tires to use... As soon as I get the chassis in hand I will start all the tube work for it.. And then have muddauber7 from (DINKY RC) make me the light rack and bumpers...I am so pumped on this build...

I started today cutting the fenders and rear gate open, And then I took foam and cut it to the shape I wanted it, And then used tape to secure it to the body.> Then tommorrow, I will glass over the fenders and make a mold so I can pop them off and clean up the fenders a bit, Then attach them for good.. This is in it very rough stages so dont laugh..

I am going to be using the suspension from a Tamiya CC-01, It has the solid rear axle, And the independent front suspension while retaining 4wd...
