It was going to be TIG welded but my scratch start TIG is to hot for small tubing. So I'm using a gasless wire MIG welder.

Most likely just paint, the colors he used are Rustoleum colors. I will have to see if I can match them with PC colors or not. I was looking at home depot and found them with the spray paint.

Ended up moving the transfer case up. I will do the same with the motor about 1/2" higher.

Thanks I will make better looking ones later for now they work. I also think I found a slick way to mount the steering servo.

I will make a skid plate/box for the bottom of the nose to house the servo. I need to cut the cross bar out and move it back.

Looking good.. Whats the length of those RC4WD shock did you use? Did you put internal springs in it?

I used the 100mm ones and I put a 3/8 long spring in the top so it will sit drooped to mimic the nitrogen shock Sceep used, I'm also running it half full with 10wt oil.

i know you dont know me from adam but if you clean all the welds like prep for paint send it to me and ill powder coat it for you for free i just think the crawler is sweet as hell and i have a very good friend who said he would do it for you at my cost which is free
