Cool Bronco

I started another semi scale build. Servo on the chassis radius arm front suspension. Leaf spring rear suspension. Oj bronco body. The Chassis is custom made for this body.
Here is a pic of the chassis cooling off in the jig.

If anyone can say anything about you, it's that you are definitely resourceful! Are you building this for the scale cross-country trail run?

Yep scale XC. With a lot of mud in the future. It should be hella fun to drive kind of fast with a short wheel base. I'm going to eat lunch then go back at it.

I take that as a complement! Thanks

Hell yeah! I think I will up the gearing on the 'Yota and run it against you. Not that it would have a chance being the brick that it is...

I'm dying, I don't want to go sweat my a$$ off.
It's pretty sweet looking. It's turning out nice. I haven't screwed anything up yet on it.
Still need a pede tranny for it.
I cut 2 of the four G hogs to look like tsl's.

Well I did the front suspension.:-( It sucks IMO looks good but binds.
So I'm ditching it and am going to run leaf springs all the way around. I will have to fill in a couple of holes in the morning. Not a big deal though.
Leaf are just as cool. I need some tlt shocks so I can turn them down.

Thanks for the sapport guys!
This is just the trashed beater body. IT will get a new one shortly.

My tlt kit was incomplete I was missing the parts bag with the shock shafts and e clips along with other stuff.
I need all four for this project.
Got the suspension all done. I'm going to shape the shackles. Other than that the chassis/ suspension is almost done.
Now for the pics.

More pics.
I think I'm going to make a floor pan to help with the scale look and to try and keep some mud out of the inside.

Looks great,
I was gonna run some red rocks, without wideners, but with that rear pic, dam that'd be a way un scale comp truck. Im going for the full blown comp truck, with a scale body, and tires/wheels!

Here are some pics.
I wish the LHS was open then I could get some hardware instead of the missmatched stuff.
I need to cover the allthread in carbon still. But they are the right length now.
The servo and tranny are mounted. Drive shafts are in.
IT very flexy I'm really surprised.
Is there a cleaner way to lock out the rear hubs? Than useing a turnbuckle.
Now for the pics
