Sorry guys I have been hella busy at work and have been traveling a ton. I am waiting for one last piece which is a Dinky RC split skid and divorce kit, once I have this I can really get cranking on a ton of the fab work on this truck. One good thing about me having to travel so much is that I have had a ton of time to really think about how I want this thing to come out. The jury is still out on the Land Rover body I am pretty sure I can make it look right and still perform but it is to early to tell. I have a backup plan if it doesn't work. Anyway enough of me talking on to a couple of pics of some mock up.

It should have plenty of steering!!

Oh if anyone knows of some one that wants to get rid of a DMG v3 axle truss I would be in there debt.
Thanks for looking and all of the comments I will keep it updated as fast as I can!

Finally I got some time to work on this thing! I was able to get about 90% of the tube work done and just have a little bit more to do. then it is on to the interior. This is the first time have used styrene soe we will see how it goes. After that I have to powere coat the axles and built the links. I am planning to put a Team Brood 30t Chaos Type GT motor to give her a lot of torqe but still keep some wheel speed. Anyway on to the pics.

Let me know what you guys think I will try to get the rest of the fab work done as soon as I can.

Looks good. Are you ever going to bring the axles over so I can run them through the blaster?

those are some fancy wheels you got.

dude just the other night I woke up in the middle of the night and all I could think about was how to mount a servo winch in this thing. This addiction is hard to even explain, it's like CRACK! only better for your teeth!!! J/K BTW. I am hoping to get the axles blasted this week then it is on to powder coating them which worries me alittle but I am sure they will turn out good.

It is just the thought of powder coating a set of 600$ axles that had my blood pressure up. I have all the faith in the world of your ablity to make them look awesome. I have been on the road so much I havn't had any time to work on this thing, but I will get back to it hopefully this weekend.
