Here is a pic of the old body on my rti ramp. Here is the new body that came in today. It will be cut in half and have massive body work and the paint stripped. |

I stared to lay out the tube flat bed. But ran out of brake line. I need to pick up some more tomorrow. This is my truck for the next All Northwest Scale Meet in Montana. I had to get a early start on it so I'm not rushing at the last minute. |

It is Styrene that I used to fill up the cab openings with. I used Tenax-76 glue and styrene putty.

Here is more update on my flat bed. Sorry it is taking me so long to build it. My heat pump went out on monday and it is 28 deg outside. With out my external sensor working my gas furnace won't kick on. So my small portable garage heater has become my house heater. So garage time is minimal. But here is what I did today. |

Well came home from dinner and did a little work it is about 20 deg in my garage and my little heater can't warm it. So I went in stages to do the brazing. I'm getting closer just have to make the mounts to attach it to the frame, spare tire rack (which might come later still deciding on tires), side pieces from the cab back. decking mounts, Bumper area for the tail lights and receiver hitch. I also need to hit the hobby store to get diamond plate styrene for flat bed decking. |

Well it is mounted and getting ready to make the rear bumper. I'm going to get the styrene tomorrow. I still need to figure out the spare tire rack. Then sand and grind it and paint it. |
