Default Assembly required A.K.A. big yellow

Hi guys
I'm new to this forum but not to building so I thought I would show you my build. It may not be as creative as some one here but its mine

Basically I live in Vancouver bc Canada and in the city having a place for a welder and sush is rather expensive so this rig is all pretty mush a bolt together tube jeep.
this is what it started as....

Basically a SCX10 and a timberwolf chassis...

so all I started with was the stock electronics as I was focused on the build and trying to make it all work... this thing did not want to work for me with out cutting and bending .. and lots of thinking as I was going for a TTC style scale jeep.
So I started cutting ...

I basically cut about a inch off the front of the chassis and about a inch after the gearbox mounts

So a little jump... like I said I was mounting the SXC10 and Timberwolf chassis together cause I never was fond of the low belly in the timberwolf and wanted something different. Plus I wanted to be able to tuck the rear end up so I cut part of the timberwolf chassis and mounted it to the back.

With almost every step I did a mock up to see it I could figure more out

After I was happy merging the two chassis together I had the painfull task of stripping that chrome..... that part sucked! But eventually got it all painted

The best and worst part is I can take the chassis apart to build the interior but this thing has been apart so many times by now haha
