Default Even Spider-Man needs a hobby...

Ahoy!

This build has been a bit in the making. I have been collecting pieces off the classifieds and locals for a while. I finally got to a point where everything could be slapped together to make a running vehicle though.

The color was always going to be red, but the last thing I picked up happened to be the axles with the blue ano VP on it, so the color theme kinda picked itself. My daughter lent me the driver.

The chassis is still a bit of a mystery I was hoping someone might be able to help solve. I picked it up off of another member here who received it in trade. He didn't know who made it and I haven't been able to find anything either. If you recognize it please do tell. I would love to know if it was based around a specific set of panels for the hood and top or if it was all planned to be a custom deal.

The rig is far from done. Still needs new tires/wheels, electronics, a few more panels/hood, and a new paint job (my shoddy work is already looking crap and chipping from the rocks I have been rolling over). It is however trucking along on stock electronics and stock wraith tires.

Here she is.

Cheers,
Dick

I love the chassis, just wish I knew who made it. Seems like they knew what they were doing. It appears that it was tailor made to fit the VP CMS kit as it just slid right into place. Needed a few repairs when I got it, but nothing major.

I built that chassis and it was made to fit the wraith cms and wraith running gear.
