Default ToyZukis early Bronco

Gutted my class 3 to try out my prototype chassis. Goal for this chassis was to angle the skid like a sporty, move the skid forward for longer rear links and shorter up front (personal preference. Extra holes for stock location for those that don't like to build links), added tabs for upper link adjustment, raised the front of the rails to make more room for panhard and drag links under compression, had a few requests to add shock hoops so I did, added my servo mount from my cms kit just to do it. Also made the holes in the rear line up so you can run the stock frame cross member fit behind the axle rather than above it so it doesn't limit compression when the axle hits it. All at the same time as making it compatible with all stock parts, so any aftermarket bolt on should still work.

So here's the goods
Wide xr mod axles with rear steer and over/unders
All metal trans used as tcase with my motor mount up front
Toyzuki cms with the winch mount (soon to be released)
VP wheels, narrowed pitbull xor
MIP shafts
Tekin fxr
Brood 35t
Hitec 7954s f/r
Castle bec
Kms winch
Heyok 4amp
Dynamic customs early bronco pulled in styrene (Thanx Devlin)
3/16 brake line cage
And more stuff lol!

She's still a work in progress but I got her out to a comp this morning and I'm really happy with the performance. Still needs some work on the foams, something other than masking tape and the winch to hold the body on and bent links in the rear to take advantage of the new ground clearance!

Don't forget the mount for the FPV when you are modifying the cage.

Check mate!

This is version 1, spreaders are in the mail, still trying to find 5x6 mm shims to make up for the different thicknesses of bearings and out drives but, that's stock input and output axial gears. This will give stock gear ratio behind the motor mount, less weight, and more interior space!! I win!

Thanx guys!

The original plan was to use flanged bearings but I just tapped a hole and used a button head with a washer as a stop to keep them flush to the outside! I like to reuse stock parts anywhere I can to keep the cost down and repair parts the same as all the other rigs.I'll post more pics when the spreaders show up.

Still working out little details! I mounted it up to a box stock rig yesterday and found that the skid as just a little to far forward and the servo on the axle runs into a front xmember. It'll be ready soon!
