27 views and no replies? ALRC is on the edge of losing its 2 positions for the Nationals as well as its status of being an sanctioned club.

Well good to see the regulars are still around, we have 2 spots for national drivers that are wide open, We need to have these comps in the bag by July 1st. We have a lot of new people that are scaling and may be interested in coming to the comp events.

You new guys and old please pm me for my phone number so we can get something organized. Not looking to burn anybody out but I think a monthly crawl/cookout etc would generate some much needed attention to the club. My church has asked if we wanted a rock course built so I will need input on that also, as well I have started a rc group at the church that is also interested in putting on scale and comp events..

Thats awesome Joe! I wouldn't mind a cook out type deal and since I can't just drive myself everywhere yet, having comps or get togethers at your church would depend on how far away it is from my dad and I.

June 9 sounds good to me. Couple of us from Huntsville plan coming down June 2 for the trail ride. What if you had the comp the same day might get more people in it. I dont know how many have a scaler and comp rig but its a thoight

I would but since there hasn't been any interest I started crawling with the Atlanta gang and the ETRC guys and have committed to ETRC for June 2nd. The 9th is looking good for a crawl

I would love to join you guys. We are remodeling a house about 1.5-2 miles from Moss Rock and hopefully we will be done and in the house by 6/20. With that said my rig is in pieces and will be that way until the house and move are done. I might be able to come watch for a bit but I really don't think I will have a rig back in one piece to do any events. Also, if anyone if looking to sell a scaler I am looking for one. RTR or roller and nothing to crazy. Thanks, ALLEN

I have already committed to a scale event here in ga but I always look for some comps in Al. As long as you can post them a little ahead of time and not be on the same day as the Atlanta comps I would be in. Good to see you guys back at it since Nationals will be in your homestate. You have the homecourt advantage to bring the title back to the southeast.

I'm going to try to make it with my XR10. My wife is having a baby shower that day and I may have to entertain the guys at the lake but I may be able to slip away. It will be my first comp but I am interested in getting into it. Do I need to pre-register or anything like that? I also may have a buddy come with me with his Wraith.

I have a losi comp crawler on the way. If it is here by then I might come to check it out and play around. But would love to just come to watch even if it hasn't made it here yet. I'm new to the rc crawling scene but have been crawling with my Jeep for years. See you guys there!
