| Mobile area crawling
Hi guy's, new to the forum here but looking into the crawling scene. I'm just trying to see what kind of action mobile has in the crawling scene, before I jump into a dead sport. I think I could possibly have a public park share some space to build a course if their was enough interest in the sport in mobile.

Well I have talked to the recreation department here about letting us have some space and they told me to see what kind of responses I get from people in the area that would be making use of the area. They wanna see how much activity their is here in mobile.

I've got a couple of crawlers and would love to see a course here in Mobile. I mostly run trails and rip rap around gullies.

Have you talked to the folks at Hobbytown? I bet you could post a signup sheet there to gauge local interest.

I would always be down for a trip to mobile. I have family that lives in Biloxi and mobile is just a 45 minute ride away. There is a few in biloxi too that would drive over to mobile also.

Im thinking that if this did come about that I would start with a fake rock formation and integrate real rock into it. The cost and rock availability to begin with is a factor.
