Worst hobby shop in town! Franks Hobby hell hole

wow!! what a freak out... if your such a baller how come you dont just use cash. Ive been going to Franks for years, all the guys in the r/c car area are always helpful my buddy patrick is the main guy their. but the old man at the counter is always a bitter old man though all these years that i have been going there hes never changed ,thats why I dont talk to those airplane guys they are all grumpy old men. but dont let a little thing like a credit card machine failure keep you from supporting your LHS thats just a childish bitch ass attitude.

i also have been going there for a good time now and yes the guy up front is grumpy and not the easiest to deal with. at the same time the people working the counter in the back of the shop where it really matters know there shit and have always helped me out alot so my opinion i will shop there till i cant no more.

Nobody is obligated to take a credit/debit card for payment for anything- they aren't legal tender. A lot of merchants don't like to take them on big purchases because of the fees they have to pay, which can really cut into skinny profit margins. I understand this, and it's no big deal, since there are ATM's on just about every street corner in town. Give me 30 minutes and I'll be back with cash. Same goes if the credit card machine doesn't take my card for whatever reason, 30 minutes and I'm back with cash......

I've always tried to pick my battles on things, this sure doesn't seem like something to get bent up about.
