Try these ones:

What to do you mean you 'made' them. From existing parts? Or you machined them? Or?

Nice Fallout,do you have pics of it out of the axle? I faced of .035 on each one then recut the taper on the inside to 30deg and slightly deeper. Be careful not to cut to much. Faceing .062 off is to much.....oops O-well I guess that's why I'm a R&D machinist It works well now and doesn't pop out.

Hmmmm... these?

I gotta say that in this image from the HPI Europe site, they look A LOT like the upcoming Axial ones:

But what about the diff end of the axles? How'd you make that work?

Update: On second thought, the inner shaft is all wrong. No outer bearing support, no 'spade' end for the diff...

They should take the slop out of the locker and axles, theres like 60degrees of "free" rotation. I'm almost tempted to make some steel lockers with a slip fit to take some of the slop out.

How did you get these axles installed? Are they different from the ones in the pic?

Makes sense. Well dont know if your familiar with the truggy scene, but axials company Robitronic (or vice versa), i have their 1/8 scale Mantis truggy and a lot of the hpi hellfire parts will fit my truck. Same with axials .28 motor
