Looks like you should have let off....lol I see your problem.. You have Zero braces going from side to side.

Those Losi Claws have a lot of traction, able to bend alluminum like that and not spin out. Bummer on bending the chasiss, but I'll bet if your careful you can bend it back. I guess it proves you built the rest of the rig stout ! |

You can fix it put it in a vise so the jaws of the vise are biting down on the top and bottom of the frame (the non bent side) then tighten and then lift the bent portion till its straight.

after you get it back straight, you may want to put a 3rd screw in the middle between the original mounting holes that might help in the future.

Heating it up will make it easier too and should prevent micro stress cracks

Damn you must have a stout driveline! That is crazy. But aluminum is as soft as aluminum, lol.

I have seriously tweaked alot of chassis and I know it was more than a small bind to bend it like that. And I know the BJ is a pretty stout chassis so it will take a fair amount of abuse.

damn dude.... ive seen a few plates bend from people cutting the bracing out (WE PUT IT THERE FOR A REASON!!!!!) but thats incredible. hell i ran our prototype plates that were 5000 series aluminum and still never bent them. one of the most important things is CROSS MEMBERS! i wont run a blackjack without them, even my Titanium one.
