| Tie Rod/Drag Link Setup?
I have read that to prevent knuckle arms from breaking, you can mount the tie rod under the knuckles and the drag link above instead of both above the knuckle. I have mine set up at the moment this way, but it drops the tie rod pretty low. Does this really help the knuckle from breaking or is it just another "rock-catcher?" Every picture I have seen shows peoples builds with both on top like the instructions say...any opinions? |

I would only go above, and if you do bust a knuckle you have a reason to buy some better ones.

I don't really see how it would help keep it from breaking. I broke 1 already, just swapped it with one from the rear axle.

Buy the RCP aluminum replacements. I have had them since December 07 and have yet to destroy them. Farmer |
