Thanks for the pictures of the kit. I was wondering what all it would come with. For those of you who ordered direct how long has it been taking to receive? I ordered one about a week and a half ago and the suspense is killing me.

Mine arrived in exactly one week. If you're worried, shoot an e-mail to Jason at HBZ, he's very cool to deal with.

I'm still working on suspension geometry with Traxxas Big Bores and test fitting my components. As it sits so far...

Thanks Ryan, I really dig the nasty look...and I'm sure many will share my sentiment in thanking you for such an excellent chassis design.

By the way, your avatar is staring at me...freaks me out

Thanks. My Warthog is the Comp model...the Pro Comp is only available in the polished finish.

HBZ also offers the Comp in Candy Orange, Chrome, and Gunmetal. I'm not sure if it will make production, but my buddy has one that is pc'd very close to the Axial/RCC green

Great pictures.
Does anyone know how the Warthog compares to the TCS Edge? Both in spec and performance?

A couple of our crawling buddies have Edge chassis, and they are quite pleased, it's a very capable rig (send thanks to Kamikaze )

What the Warthog holds over the Edge, in my humble opinion, are it's slammed dimensions, stout design, and flat out sexy good looks.

The edge prices have dropped quite a bit on TCS, give one a try, and if you like it...all good, if not, clicky to HBZ!

Jay dropped by my office and brought a production unit by, I just sarted to put it together, but all the mods I've done to make old chassis work has slowed me down. I have to say the quality of the kit is awesome. It's jig bulit and every hole lines up perfect and true. Amazing job of wire bending!
