Drano works the best. Let them sit, then polish them up. Make sure you watch them or check on them constantly.

I have used drano as well. Except I used the drano crystals. If you use the drano crystals use them in a well ventillated area and keep watch on the parts, dont leave them too long.

This works the best for me, just keep an eye on them. If you leave the easy off on too long, the aluminum will pit & then you will have to polish the aluminum if you do.

I use the oven cleaner method my self. The thing you want to watch out for is the fact you are using acids. After they eat your anodizing then they want to start pitting and and eating away at your item. I only leave them in just till the color goes then rinse with water to neutralize acid. Whatever method watch for fumes they can make you fall downbeleive me Then polish or throw them in a tumbler

what ever you use make sure it does not stay on your skin for very long as it will burn you bad. almost to the point where you wish it was a fire burn.
