That's the MSRP. Tower always lists at the MSRP price. TCS and CKRC already have them up on their websites for pre-order. $239 and $249 I think. I would have thought thye would have been priced the same.

I just checked TCS: it's going for $269.99. It's a kit and no electronics.

It looks cool, ok.
Frame looks real enough for many scale projects.
Looks a lot like a Bruiser, and that is definitely good!
But why the battery is there on the rear? Wonder if they think a scaler should not go offroad at all!
Come on...

Look at it this way... It's RC's version of the "No child left behind" thing I guess

It is a nice looking set up. The only "disappointment" I think is the axles are the ax10 width. I think it wouls have been a tad smarter to go narrower, on the tlt width. If you think about it, it would have been new axle case and shorter shafts only... Keep fingers crossed for retro kit?

I like the look of it, but I wish they hadn't included the green beadlock rings.

I was going to part together a scaler and now I guess I can hold off. I hope the quality of the parts matches the price.

A can of Easy-Off will fix that.

Yes it does. Just a little dissapointed that they didn't do a bit more like frame mount the servo etc...
You can basically already make that truck with an Xtrail.

That is unless you are in Nebraska - We have set up special designated areas to drop off kids.

I like the "look" of the triangulated skid. Reminds of the CDW skid. What is the benefits?

The more I look at the body, I want to run white wagon wheels and give the truck a rusted out look!

Ooh ooh let the fun begin!
