Default any suggestions ??? Please!!!

Hello all,
This is my first crawler I bought it used from the LHS.
I am looking for some opinions on how to better set it up!
I have been around the RC world for awhile, but when it comes to crawlers I can't even tell what the front is and what the back is with out the body.:-(

rear bent links - they keep binding with the shocks
Tazer Esc (all I could afford)
Integy 55t motor (came with it)
2cell Lipo

any input would be much appreciated!!! placement of parts etc

-mount ur battery onto the upper links

-cut out the corners of your skid and mount them inside the chassis plates

-get a longer 3 mm screw and some 3mm luck nuts and move your lower links toward the center line

-mount your body lower

-use traxxas rod ends

-mount your shocks upside down

-looks like you can use a little more weight in the front wheels

-get yourself better tires

that should keep you busy for a while

drill vent holes in rims and add stick on weights
get new tires
get new tires
get new tires

Losi rock claws, proline hammers and panther cougars are all good choices
memory foams or other aftermarket foams for wheels

move links inside chassis like suggested above. easy free upgrade whiich does help.

If you really want to upgrade get a new chassis and the losi rock crawler shocks. the losi shocks are awesome. super smooth like butter

Thanks for the input. I added 5.5oz to the front tires and 2.0oz to the rear, moved the lower links inside the chassis, but the other upgrades will have to wait till i ge money.

Any suggestion for placement of the electronics, or is my setup ok?

I appreciate the help!!!

the first six things on the list i put up earlier should cost you no more than 8 dollars but you'll definatly see an uber amount improvment

*if you dont get the traxxas rod ends the other 5 upgrade should cost you no more than 2 dollars
