after looking it all over, im think im going to try the mfm black widow for now and wait to see what people think about the swx when it is released as a full kit. thanks for all the info, you guys are always a huge help. ill make sure to post pics as soon as it happens.

I have the rockstar with alot of other ckrc products. Word of advice is to look for a chassis with a small skid plate. Yes, the rockstar has one lower link mounting location, one upper link mounting location and one shock mounting location but from there... you run the 12.5" wb from the length of the lower links you control the camber of the axle with the length of the upper links there are tons of shock options with varying spring rates once you find the right setup, why change, what's the reasoning for having multiple other mounting locations? the rockstar is narrow, lightweight and has proven to be an out of the box comp chassis. good luck with your decision. |
