| Thanks, The steering works good enough for bashing but you loose some of the Ackerman steering. This is when you are steering around a corner and the inside tire has to travel in a tighter circle than the outer tire. The ackerman steering gives you a little toe out during cornering. When i turn a corner i can see the outside tire being "pushed" around the corner....Hope this helps |

Hey there... Hope everybody had a good christmas!! I know i did .. finally got rid of that sub-c pack and went lipo(merry xmas to me!) and buit my new servo/batt plate. I will have pics up in a half an hour...waiting for the camera to charge!

Holy crap! it finally worked...I guess the computer is scared of the chainsaw!! Anywho here is the pic. Also i was wondering if anybody that has done this mod before has cut down the mounts on the axle so that the servo/batt plate sits a little lower and if you have, how did the steering work...any interferance with the battery or servo. Thanks fer lookin and any feedback would be appreciated. |
