I'd get as far away from the 3Racing dig as is humanly possible. I had one that took me for ever to get to work properly and even then was sketchy.

Buy the Vanquish or DNA units they're worth the extra chash.

If you don't even look at the VP Hurtz, you will never know what you are missing. Take a look, it's worth it IMO. Mine was easy to setup and the only negative I can think about is that it doesn't come with linkage. But if you have been in the r/c for a while, most likely you will have the parts required and if not, they are easy enough to come by. I know it's a fairly new design, but it's worth looking at.

soo easy to do and you can use some of the space axial stuff you get in the kits
like the stock servo horn rod ends and some of the small spacers

Ofna makes slider style servo connectors, this is what I did with my 3Racing dig. Ball end on the shaft, then a spring, then a wheel collar..then it slides through the slider which is attached to the servo horn, followed by a spring on the opposite end and finished off with another wheel collar, this seems very confusing, but I have been real happy with the setup...I gotta post a pic..but I dont have one right now...
