With a puller and 11.1v I will be able to run a 90t spur and 12t pinion I should have about the same wheel speed and alot more torque. I am ordering a set of the higher gears and a set of the lower gears. That way after I make all the changes I can decide from there what set to install. The highers up front or the lowers out back.
What gears you ordering?

I really liked this setup. We'll see!
Yeah thats the whole reason I went to the Slingshot. To get some GC. My Hustler had right at 2.5" and I hung up on everything. Even after I cut the bottom off of it and made a delring triangulated skid for it. I ordered some 20,15,and 10wt silicone oil. I am gonna try running the 1.2's out back with 20wt and the .7's with 10 wt up front.

well I went ahead and ordered the hi and low ring & pinion sets and a set of the 3 racing hardened gears as well. Now I just ned to get a set of metal tranny gears and make the switch to lipo and I should be good for a while. I am also waiting on a set of CFX side plates to replace the aluminum ones. < then I will be BIG Pimpin!

well I ordered my gears for the tranny the other day and today I pulled the trigger on making the switch to lipo! I ordered a Hyperion EOS0606I and 4 11.1v 25c 1500mah packs. thats alot of coin at once. But I am glad I finally did it. Now my rig will be exactly where I want it short of getting a better radio.:-( Thats gonna have to wait a while cause I just can't afford to drop almost 300 right now. If I could score a good used DX3 I could do that though. hint hint! anyone got one to sell?

quick update! I switched out the Aluminum sideplates for a set of CFX plates, and the aluminum dig internals for the steels! She is officially bullet proof now. I can't wait to get the higher optional R&P gears for the front so I can get even more wheelspeed out of it! Now that my dig will hold up its time to install the puller and let her rip! Thanks SOLOMON! You da man!

hi,i'm Angelo from Italy,i built my dna chassis and dig just few days ago,now i have to set my shock:i run with revo gtr shock and i put internal spring(tcs very soft),i have 4 hole piston and i put 40wt losi oil rear and 40 ultimate oil(i believe it means 30 wt losi) on the front. my goal is eliminate torque twist.i dont wish much articulation..i also ordered jato spring (0.7 for the front and 1.1 for the rear). which set up do you suggest to me. droop, not droop..
thanks in advance and congratulation for your truck.
Angelo
