K wierd thing with my radio is happening. Anyone got any ideas.. DX3S Radio

When I rapidly turn left to right on my radio it kicks in another channel for a second.

Happens to both my crawlers, different electronics but same rx and tx models.

Losi trickers forward when turning rapidly, and axial triggers my 3rd channel for dig. Both happens for maybe a second then stops.

Are your uppers mounted on the outer most holes on the axle plate? Am I seeing that correctly?

They worked great until my foams decided to poop on me, the rovers were doing the same thing until the foams went poop too lol. I really need to start experimenting with foams, I just don't know where to start.

Yes, that is correct. After the last comp I'm going to relocate them to get alittle less flex out of the rig. Sidehilling with a turn involved the front tire likes to come off the ground.

How much side to side movement does your axle have, with both the uppers and lowers triangulated the same way, and not much triangulation at that?

And what are the specs on your RcBros lipo?

It does have some, but very minimal. About the same as my Axial with the SWX chassis on it. I'm working on taking it all out. Now that I have rock at my house I can try more setup changes.

Battery is 1300mah, 25C discharge, 3 cell. 71x34x24 and 123grams in weight

Mine has some side to side as well, and it doesn't bother me

So that would be 32.5amp continuous on the lipo...nice for that size.

Lipos will be here this week!

I decided that my SSS had alittle to much flex in it now, after time it started to loosen up and I was like the semi rigid feeling. So I moved the front upper closer together by 1 hole. Then I moved the rear closer together by two holes. (previously both front and rear were as far out as possible)

I just got done playing on my rock course and I'm pretty frusterated.. I just got another load of rock and now I need to get more because the new setup walked it all. Honestly the performance gain was simply incredible. I just played with the old setup two days ago and couldn't do half the climbs and lines. Now I've mastered them all! Man I love this chassis. Props to DNA. Next modification is some body posts not coming from the sides

On a side note, my front foams are just hating life and are now way to soft. Its time to increase my knowledge and do some foam testing. Anyone got some suggestions?

How much weight do you have in those rims up front? I've had good luck with proline 2 stage. But the VP foams are uber tunable and can work for light or heavy loads and fit in Rovers pretty good.

I'm running 3 bearings each in the front wheels and 2 each in the rear. I think 4 in the front would be better suited but I haven't got the patience yet to remove the screws and loctite again haha.

I have those batteries for sell for those who are interested:

Anyone else have experience with the Airtronics steering servo i'm running? I've never seen a servo get this hot! It constantly runs about 160*, seems insanely high to me, but it keeps taking it so far.....
