| DNA dig SERVO mount in an SWX chassis?
Just looking for more ideas. My current fabbed mount just flexs too much and doesn't get the job done. I'm using the mini-servo that comes with the DNA dig but I'd like to mount it more solidly. The mount that comes with the dig won't work in the SWX so I need some ideas! Pics would be great! |

Here's the link to my build on pg 2 I used the original DNA mount, but then swapped it to the stock Axail servo plate hopr this helps. If not just seacrh and trust me you'll find a bunch of ways to mount your servo. AX10 Comp Build |

How come you swapped it out? Did the chassis plate flex affect this setup?

Naw not at all just was able to lower the servo a little more with the stock servo plate than with the old DNA one and also am running a full size servo.

One way of doing it is to grind the frame rail where the servo horn is. That is the only thing that keeps you from using the stock DNA mount in the stock location. I have seen a lot of guys do this and it works. If your like me then you don't want to grind your frame rail. Just a sugestion though.
