Update so I came across a late model CHEVY body today that was sitting on a friend of mines Losi High Roller it was freshly painted 2 tone copper and black so it matched my beadlocks and 4 link bars already so i offered him 15 bucks he obliged and here are just a few pics will get better ones tomorrow... input please.

So alittle more trimming and I think I finally have it got it how I would like it to look.. next step is learning the ins and outs of bending brake line... are there tools for the job that are a must have?? are soldering the cages together or are you using a MIg or a TIG welder???? thanks again and any inout would be greatly appreciated... Jeff

There is a sticky for it in tools and procedures here. If you still need more info after that check youtube there are a ton of intructional vids there. Basically it's heating 2 or more pieces of metal hot enough to melt the solder material without melting the material you are joining. Sorta like sweating copper pipes together if you have ever done that. use brass brazing rods for steal and other hard metals and alumaflux etc for aluminum.
