No unless I over tighten the screw connecting the tie rod to the knuckles. However I bought the rig used and the knuckles were already installed. So I can't say for sure if the guy I bought it from had to back off the screw like I have to do.

I had to do the exact same thing as C.H.U.D. with my Axial BTA knuckles and Dynamite C's. Works like a champ now. And I have Beef Toobs also.

Washer trick cures mine every time... I've had a set of vp knuckles that was still tight but thats cause the washer was to thick so I took a real fine file and just filed the knuckle a tad till it fit like butter!
