| never ending changes......
ive went from a stock chassis to a hbz warthog back to a stock chassis and now to a VP chassis... will take any input yall have... and this is what i have so far on the VP chassis just mocking things up got a set of delrin lowers and stainless uppers coming from r2j. |

Whats up ! Well I am first in line the thing that jumped of of the page is your pinion angles. Need to get those axle pinions pointed at the transmission.

I agree bring those up and tbh invest in some BB shocks and do the cap mod and get some cups and some mini t spring i had those losi shocks for awhile and its night and day in the two in the way they flex load and unload.

got some parts in the mail today. vp tranny case and 4 link plates. i should have my links any day now from r2j the shipped out either yesterday or today. |

parts installed. i got 2 r2j stainless links from my buddy so im just waiting on the front uppers and the lowers to get here to put it together and make my electronics plate that you see mocked up out of cardboard. |

rear upper links mounted... made a spacer out of an old shock mount link... checking clearance.. running the wiring for the servo's... wiring ran on the back... steering link made might have to shorten it a little once the power is applied.. |

Man that Vanguish blue looks nice. I will be using that blue on my next Project build. Keep it up looks great, I hope to have some parts soon to complete my "Metamorphosis build". |

| Re: never ending changes...... thanks man.. yes it does i powder coated the knuckles but after seeing that vp blue man that is NICE.. im waiting on my links then i should be on the down side i already got my body mounts from gunnar so im ready to set that bug down on its new chassis and start crawling it.

me tooo ! i wish i could get the rest of the vp stuff in that blue for the rest of it but i spent all my cash on vp goodies for my wraith i just got so now im back to building on this one for like the 4th time. my ground clearance is 2 9/16 but thats with the stock ax10 links which didnt work with the vp chassis so i should have my new r2j links tomorrow then ill start fine tuning it after i get all my electronics on and the bug body. ill keep it updated.

a few updates got my body mounted. got my electronics all put on just waiting on the mail lady tomorrow with my new hitec 7954 servo, axial servo horn, vp wheels vp blue rings to match the tranny housing. i will def be changing out those orange rings to the awesome blue that vp has. |

my current setup is as follows vp pro chassis vp front 4 link/servo/battery plate vp rear 4 link/servo plate vp tranny housing vp dh wheels with weights novak 18.5t goat system 2 cell 1300mah batteries 87t spur 12 pinion robinson tranny gears dx3e radio losi pro comp shocks 30wt r2j stainless uppers with delrin lowers mips hitec 7954 front servo/with new axial horn hitec 645 rear servo custom made electronics tray proline bug body |
