|  ---Why does the Axial SWX suspension SUCK?---
Just to preface this thread: I have an SWX/AX10 axled SPORTY rig. I have a SW2, SW3 and a SWX that I am currently running. I am just wondering why so many people make the comment that the SWX suspension SUCKS? I have NOT heard or read any specifics.....just curious?  |

Can you explain? The SWX is a pretty damn good chassis for the AX10, it's just a little wider than the others out there these days...

i did not care for mine i thought the skid was to long and didn't have the break over i needed

Chevy vs ford for sure, may not be the best but by no means suck. Some of te best shafty drivers used and won with that chassis

I thought it worked well my only complaint is the skid was to long for break overs

The nice thing about RCC is that hype is worthless. If its popular, there is a damn good reason why. I would bet that most people who seriously complain about the SWX either can't drive or don't know how to tune. Is it for everyone? No, but its not garbage either. |

I love my swx....... everyone has their own opinion though but its a very good chassis

I've never heard anyone say anything bad about the swx. I would disagree about the skid being too long as well. But I guess that's all just personal preference. |

I'd guess that since it has shorter links, that the articulation is inherently limited. And we all know that more articulation is better, right?  |
