| Re: Baldy's Golden Glove Boxer. Not going to happen . I got the truck wired up today and drove it around a little bit. It felt great and the transmission performed flawlessly. I still need to mount the body and get some run time before the comp this weekend . Overall I was impressed with it from the get go. I will get some pics up tomorrow.

I got the body mounted yesterday and had a little time to put her on the rocks. The truck is very predictable and the trans is smooth with no surprises. I hope to get a pack or 2 ran today but I did get a few pictures. I have to give a BIG THANKS to BIG RON for painting up my lid for me. He has been trying his hand at air brushing and I think this was his first scratch work. It looks killer but I may be swayed on my thoughts. I also need to thanks Barry at ClassiCutCustoms. He takes cares of his drivers and is always ready to jump in and help or give advice. The dude has 20 years of RC time in so he has it going on. I cant wait to see what else he comes up with. |

Been a little bit so I thought I would update my thread. So a few weeks ago we had our little sportsman comp and the Boxer performed great for me. The new ClassiCut transmission is taking all the 4s holmes power I can throw at it ( I think it wants more ). I also want to thank Chicklet at IRC again for an awesome give away. O yaaa I came home with a Holmes Mini BR. Well my little man did but im thinking of ways to get it from him. |

I am thinking of making the switch to some voodoos but its hard to take the rovers of the old shafty. Hell they just work. I have them all mounted now so I am going to get some runs on them.

Those look like silvers...are you going to use a pin pattern? Also, give them several packs to break in. I usually run 'A' up front and 'B' out back, but everyone has there own brew for these tires.

Yes ser silvers all the way around. I will most likely go with a pin cut in the front and leave the rear alone.

I have also been running 1/8 titanium upper and lowers with great success. Links are strong and staying true.

I know I drag this pic out a lot, but the 'star' pin pattern is solid gold |
