Default Questions, new ax10 build

Hey guys! In the process of an ax10 scorpion build. I have a couple questions.
I added the strc servo/battery/4 link plate to the front axle. I wanna run a 2s lipo. Cannot seem to find a pack that'll fit. I need 44.45mm wide by 57.15 long. Can probably wiggle a hair more. I would also like as much run time as possible.
Any thoughts/links?
I've also added the aluminum links. Straight front lowers, 30degree bend on the rear lowers. The questions I have are for configuration. I've seen a lot of different set ups. Fronts, should the link or shock be inboard? Spacers or not? Inside the chassis or outside the chassis plates? My center skid has the openings for the links. Rears, same questions. Pro/cons?
