Default Kinda' sorta' AX-10 semi-scale build

First crawler. First attempt at painting a semi-scale look.

AX-10
Proline K5 Blazer body
Novak Goat brushless
Spektrum DX2.0
Protek RC 7.4v 2cell Lipo
Hi-Tec High Torque metal gear servo

Painted the body on the outside and scuffed/weathered it. Added a little rust and few good ole' boy stickers. Cut the passengers side window so its halfway rolled down. Still going to tint the rear windows and thats it.

Im waiting for the kit to arrive. Ill skip the build photos since theres enough here and show the finished product soon.

That looks great I love the primer fender and the good ol' boy stickers, classic. Could you show some pics of the truck all together?

If you don't mind telling, Where did you order the AX-10 from? That seems like a great price.

Im gonna do something similar, but with different colors. Im gonna strip the green and run 2.2 mud slingers . Nice job man. looks great. Love the way you put a primer color down before the actual color then sanded it. Aces

Thanks, I think I might get some of those bungee cords you sell in the near future. I want to braze/weld a tire carrier rear rock bumper for it.

Wow, I really like your paint work. This is pretty much what I would like to do when I get my scorpion, only I want to do it with a jeep body.
