Default scx10 1 axles on ax10 deadbolt/ridgecrest?

Hi guys, I was kind of thinking of possibly installing some scx10 1 axles on my ax10 deadbolt. I already bought some hyrax 1.9 " tires and some scx10 hexes, and some axial 1.9" 8 hole beadlocks... They do the job so I can run in the 1.9" open class at my local rc club. Except 1.9's on ar60's its like a plow And I hit nearly every gate cause its so wide

Yes I'm aware, I'm going to have to do some digging to build the axles if this works out

Since I'm so cheap, I was wondering if there would be a torque twist issue since the pumpkin would be centered and then the driveshafts will be offset with scx10 1 axles as opposed to ar60's... Would I need to make new links?

I know how to do so with brake line, 8-32" threaded rod, revo rod ends, cause all my links are custom at the moment on my rig

Thanks

I would probably consider doing a wide XR mod to the SCX axles, so you don't lose too much width. To combat torque twist, run the underdrive gears in both axles, or only stock front/ud rear if you absolutely must have split ratios.
