Hey sic1to, what do you think of the Gmade shocks? I have been looking at several different options and came across these. Do you like them or would you do something different if you were to do it all over again?

Nothinh wrong with gmade. They are cheaper than others & do very well! I recommend the piggyback(all work fine)for adjustmemt. I run powerstrokes, big bores,1/8 buggy shocks too really only ones i havnt tries is the proline pro specs, but have read they are the ones to get

Did manage to get out & run a lil couple days age. Still gettin used to the 4ws when to use & when to leave it alone! Still holdin up on 3s rx8/pro4 4000kv with no mercy on throttle!!!!! Also got another servo setup on the way

I did manage to get the stock tires trimmed internally & mounted up with ci dw foams & ci 1" wheels. We'll see how the do vs others i run.

Still shot

Got some parts in!

Replaced the temporary savox servos with HH 500'S!
Front

Rear

I like how SILENT they are! I really thought they were not plugged in or worst. The torque is there but the speed is nuts at 8.4v....love em allready!!! We see this weekend at local comp(even tho they may owtlaw my 4ws).
Pics of rtr tires modded with dw foams & ci 1" wheels

I will not trust these till test them with couple runs so will be goin back to rb2's or u4 gold with DD foams for comp!!!

I will be changing out rx8/pro4 4000 with mamba micro x/pro puller stubby 2200kv RPP & HH order arrives today

I cant wait to run hh servo and motor.

Forgot to mention this but in your earlier post you mentioned the hitec 845wp, have you looked up the size? Its huge. Its got some impressive specs and price though.

Mainly tired of listening to the constant hum on my Hitec servo. I suppose I can sell the Hitec and pick up the Holmes and not be out too much money

Isn't the mamba micro x a little small for the bomber? It is for an 1:18 scale esc.

Well see? I have read good results even on 8lb rigs(my bomber is 7.6lbs) but yes 1/18 is correct.
The big thing is motor/battery selection with a smaller esc. I run 56/11 2200kv 2200mah 30c 3s & its already been tested with bigger power so im gonna say its on with a waaaay smaller footprint & the drag brake on the fly is just icing on the cake!!! All my rigs are crawler tuned more than haul arse...

Man I was dead set on a Yeti XL, but now I want a Bomber!

Dig your rig, the limiting straps are a nice touch. have you ever gotten caught up on anything via the straps?

Thanx! The limiting straps have never caused a issue but my tires can without setting endpoints!
