Default New shock mount and other tid bits

So the Fedex guy brought some Asiatees love this afternoon, and of course I had to put it all on right away. I'm really digging the the Boom Racing shock mount setup.

Didn't even know that plate existed. I really like it, but the single shear worries me a little. I know 1:1 I would not run that, but maybe with RC you can do it without a problem. I think I will order one for good measure...

I don't know, I don't think there are enough shock mounting options.

Yeah in my 1:1 that would be a no no, but compared to the little screw that holds the shocks from the factory this looks to be a much stronger option. Plus, I don't know if anyone else was doing it, when I was reattaching the shocks to the factory spots I was chewing up the inner races with the mount screw. This eliminates that problem. Now I do beat my rig like it owes me money so maybe thats just a personal issue.
