Default Optional upper link positions?

There are 3 positions on the chassis for the front/rear upper links connections (top middle lower). What's the best position / combo for crawling?

That's up to you. I have mine at the top position, front and rear, for better anti squat when climbing or descending. I also feel like it gives better sidehill ability with less roll. Some say it reduces flex a bit but I haven't noticed any adverse affects. If you do move them to the top position at the skid, make sure you look at your pinion angle through the entire stroke. It will change a lot more than if the links were at the bottom positions.

^ what he said lol

moving it one way will give you more squat, causing the suspension to pull down under load, can be helpful as it sucks the CoG lower, can be a hindrance on very steep climbs as it can tend to unload the front end.
other way is anti squat, causing the suspension to separate, basically does the opposite, but either way is a compromise to some degree.
Best way is to try it & see which you like.
