Default Honcho now Tacoma Build!!!

yes sir!!!

this showed up today!!



plans are to convert my existing scx10 over to use the body, bed, bumpers, sliders and whatever i can use from the kit.

other parts include a set of 1.9 rok lox and hopefully a set of ATi's scale 1.9 wheels.

now time to build...

Looking forward to seeing it done up..
What is the measurement of the box? Trying to figure out what gift my wife has wrapped up for me..lol

I got 21x11x7.75 but could be wrapping..lol

this is where i'm at now..

all pics are mock up..

as you can see for me to use the honcho body and bed on my sxc i really need to stretch the rear about 1/2-3/4 (i had previously stretched the stock scx with the original build SCX10 Build..... )



the front bumper carries the 3Racing winch with no problems.


if you look close i left more lexan under the grill to help hide the huge gap the body has.

i happend to pick this one up from ultimate hobbies, they had it listed for $239.96 with free shipping. ordered it up sunday and showed up today.

very clever idea 2 keep the front bumper/lexan longer cuz there is a pretty big gap n makes the truck look like it has a ghey bodylift!

Either lengthen the wheelbase or shorten up the flatbed, if thats even possible.

wheelbase will be stretched.

remember i'm using an OG scx10 and converting it over with the honcho body and bed.
