Default Pinion/drive line angle ?

I just got my Honcho built last night and used a Hand Bros CMS kit and had to redo the upper link. Jut wanting to know if I have the pinion angle close enough, it is at 20° now.
Thanks joe

Keep in mind, when rotating the the pinion angle, you're going to throw off the caster.

This is coming from true automotive experience, so I have no idea if it'll actually affect our R/C's, but I was looking at doing this to mine last night and thought of this issue.

Sniper 101 is right. Just make sure your knuckles don't start to point down or your steering will suffer a bit. You could also get some clockable c-hubs to help. From the pic it doesn't look to bad.

From the pictures it looks like you might already be going into the negatives on your caster, not sure though. I wouldn't worry too much about your pinion angle, unless those CVs are sensitive to the stock angles.

Angle wont hut the MIP's and I can take some of the shim out to reduce the angle.

personally i think you got it about right. i like to keep the driveshaft at or slightly above the suspension links. this helps for clearance, and there's nothing worse than your driveshaft sitting on a rock and your links above it! soon as you hit the gas the driveshaft will spin the rig sideways! if your steering is suffering any, just spend the $30 and get some axial clockable c hubs to bring a little caster back in.

Looks like about right, another thing to watch is the panhard link. The more you clock your axle, the more panhard link rubs on the axle mount.
