| My K-5 Blazer
Here are some pics of Blazer. Finally got some decent looking rims. Those eight shooters are hard to come by. Still working on bumpers but I am very happy with it being my first scale build. I converted it from my OG frogger comp crawler. Nothing to crazy, made my own links using the all thread method. I am also taking a stab at making bumpers, sliders and wheel wells. I'll get up some outside shots later. Novak Rooster Crawler Integy 45 (looking for a better 35turn though) MIP Driveshafts 87 spur 18t pinion Flat irons I got from jrock that are custom trimmed and work great! | Re: My K-5 Blazer Thank you. I love copper I always wanted to paint something in it As for the rear I may or may not have cut to much it's the first body I have done, but the bumper that I have made is flat steel and it sits in the void that I have cut out. Plus I had alot of tire rub and I didn't want the body sittin to high. I don't want it to look to much of a comp style but something that would not look to crazy in real world either. I'm just trying to figure out how to attach the bumper excactly. I tried to match them front and rear. I'll try and get some pics of them maybe some ideas will pop up Last edited by RksPlz; 02-08-2012 at 03:28 PM. |

Looks good! Maybe you can bring it out to our next scale comp. Look for the Rock Hard Scaled Series in the comp section our just hit up JRock for details.

That's a sweet lookin K-5 man! I love the color combo and I'm interested in the Rustoleum bedliner that you sprayed the shell with. It looks really clean! Hopin to see you on the trails of NorCal soon! Keep up the good work! |

| Re: My K-5 Blazer The "+ next to the qoute button does that for you. You just hit that button for each person you want to reply to then you go up and hit the normal post a reply button. It will put all the post you wanted to quote in one reply. You just have to space them out and answer each one. I hope that helps and I didn't confuse you.
