Default help with moubting esc

just wondering where is the best place to mount the esc on the scx its a brush less system thats going in there i see alot of them mounted on the radio box just wondering if that is the best place for it any info will help ty

i leave mine in the original location, if you have enough cable you can mount it closer to the front to add a bit of weight over the front end for climbing up rocks. are you relocating the battery? also it all depends on what you do with the body, some smaller bodies sit closer to the battery and limit the room. also depends on the size of the esc.
