Default Vanquish Currie Axles and SLW hub question

Hi guys,

i ve been reading this forum fanatically and I ve been infected with the scaler virus for the last 2 months now. Unfortunately most nice parts I need to order from the US and shipping and import taxes are quiete expensive. So I thought I d ask you guys first before placing an order, since I need to wait another week and pay shipping again in case I ordered the wrong parts or forgot to order something.

I have the SCX10 Jeep Rubicon and I want to add the Vanquish Currie Axles and OMF beadlock wheels.

From what I understand I need to order the 8° chubs and knuckles with it to fit, right or are they optional? But I want to order them anyways for my setup. Are there any problems to make it fit with the wheels? Any other hardware needed? Next I will add the 10pcs Vanquish titanium link set also.

Next question would be: which SLW hubs do I need to order to clear the steering setup?do the hubs give the car a wider stance also?

I have used .600 hubs with my curries and omfs, and yes the links will keep the wheel base the same.

You will need the 600 hub to clear the steering. You will not need anything elso. But rember you will need 3sets of screws for the rims if you order 5 rims

Yep I have the 600's as well, but I would recommend a 225 for the spare tire holder. I messed up and ordered a 600 for the spare as well, and had to modify the tire carrier to make it work.

If I remember correctly, harley & a couple other guys are running the 350-475 hubs, the 600's will widen ur stance a little so if u want to tuck them in more go with the 475's
