Thanks for the link. I just checked them out and mine are all good. I don't have the axle hop like he did in the video. But, if you look, you can see his wheels whobble in the video before and after he aligned the pins. Check it out and you will see the wheels gyrating. My belief is that it all starts inside that sloppy transmission. More to come! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD |

So I installed the recommended gear set and picked up an aluminum housing. Slapped it all together. No slop in the slipper drive shaft but I still see wobble. Can someone out their car on a stand and give it some gas and see if their wheels wobble? I think the issue could be that the idler gear doesn't snap into place in the housing and it just kind if wobbles and does its own thing. It rests on a notch that sticks up in the case. I am also investigating a possible bent aluminum bearing spacer, warped spur gear cover, motor mount. New hd motor mount is on the way. Updates to come. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD |

You sure you aren't just seeing wobble caused by tire mounting? I know part of the vibration in my driveline comes from the fact that my tires aren't mounted perfectly. They definitely add a bit of wobble. I'm going to go try the tips in the video when I'm home today. I have high hopes that it will stop my axle chatter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk | |

I've found that the screws will begin to peak through the back of the slipper if you tighten the spur down too far. This causes the slipper to engage at an angle which makes the spur crooked.

My pins are aligned, metal housing ,steel gears, axle sounds like crap, kinda jumps like video. Axle gear mesh sucks. Brand new. Not even a test run yet. Had four people check it out and I'm calling axial today
