| Honcho different from Rubi?
Besides the obvious like the body, bumpers, wheels, etc.. are there any main differences between a honcho and rubicon? Things like wheelbase, etc? Or is it the exact same vehicle minus the looks?

Well the Rubicon KIT comes with those new ICON shocks, Trepador tires and non beadlocks. The Rubicon and Honcho KIT have the nice shiny metal links/steering links and are the same wheelbase. The Rubicon RTR is pretty much the same as the Honcho RTR but the older honcho RTR (green body) had beadlocks instead of the walker evans non beadlocks. This is what I've noted as the differences for my own knowledge. =) Nice to see another San Diegan =) Last edited by Shinjari; 07-24-2013 at 03:50 PM. |

Battery front on the honcho which is better. Rear on the Rubi....obviously you can move it where you like though. :-)
