| Panhard Bar Length
I am having an issue making the panhard bar for my new axles. I have GCM axles, and a GCM panhard kit. The axle in this case has an offset pumpkin so its kinda different than others as he didn't make many of these and I am trying to clear around the pumpkin. My early attempts at making the panhard bar, cause axle to shift towards the passenger side as the suspension cycles, but the axle seems centered when uncompressed. I am just wondering where I am going wrong. This is my first attempt at this, so any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

| Re: Panhard Bar Length
What you want to do is make your Panhard bar the same length and angle as the steering draglink. On a 3 link with panhard the axle will always shift side to side, the way to minimize it is with the longest/flattest angle draglink/panhard you can fit. In your case (most cases) a straight panhard wont work, but you might be able to run the panhard behind the diff to get a bit more clearance, but a p-hard with multiple bends is usually whats required
