| Scx10 APOCALYPSE body!
Hey fellas just thought id share my new shell build up. Im using the Proline Apocalypse shell that is intended for the Summit. It does however fit the scx10 almost perfectly! I decided thay since it has such monster wheel arches that I would need to do inner guards While I had the styrene flying I made some light buckets for it to. And a stealth mount And here it is with the body I plan on doing a new bullbar for it and maybe rear bar, but the poison spider bar fits the rear perfect so ill see how I go. The Trukkracea |

I dig it. Kinda resembles the beast vehicle The Rock drove in Fast 5. Any ideas on color yet? Thoughts on adding fender flares maybe?

bit of an update time! so the Stealth mounts for the body are done. I used Velcro pre-cut strips from the Bunnings Warehouse ( one of our big hardware chains ) and man is this stuff strong, I got the regular stuff and I can lift the truck off the ground by the bodys mount and it doesn't move a MM! I figured I'd add a few little scale touches to this build, so I made a CB airel and an exhaust tip for it. also knocked up a snorkel with a Donaldson type pre cleaner head thats all for now, the body is off getting Professionally painted by a mate of mine. |

nice work. Do you need a special kind of paint to stick to the styrene?
