CVD is great, but the ones I've seen to have some limitations on angle. The "cup" hits the hub well before an Axial universal meets the limit. Are these designed differently?

I have a set, worked well for me. They're old school for sure, do get some gunnar pins/piano wire if you run them. This was with the use of brushed power though not sure how well they'd do on brushless.

I've got a set and never run them. Word is that they were a brittle design. That's what I have seen on this form. Good luck with them and report back.
