| Finally got a scx10.
Many thanks to Werx RC for this used roller. There's allot of things I still need to do to it but I've been wanting an scx10 since I first started the hobby. Biggest problem wa I never had the $400-450 to get a brand new rtr scx10. Finally got my foot in the door though now, and look forward to many fun times with it. Has the body lift kit so I'll be putting 2.2s on it. Have the tsl mud slinger tires, just waiting for my bro Rocky to get some free time from starting his tattoo shop to send me the rest of my rc stuff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Axial 2.2 black chrome beadlocks came in today. So did the rx and tx. Had to trim the side walls a little and lift the body mounts all the way up, but it looks so much better now. Servos coming in this week as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

She's Alive! Just put an axial 27t motor and a 16t pinion (what the guy at the hobby shop recommended for running 2.2s). Had to take down and reassemble the tranny and slipper clutch because it was sounding horrible on the first run, but now she purrs like a kitten. Now if only I could sell these dang 1.9s so I can get a charger... lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Looks great. You may want to keep the 1.9's. I usually find that once I sell something (esp tires) I wish I hadn't. Good Luck.

Trading the tires for a lipo charger. Something I definitely need to keep Rollin.

Go ahead and get the hardened steel gears from Axial if you really want it to purr like a kitten.

I plan on replacing as many plastic gears and parts with steel as soon as humanly possible. Starting with the transmission, driveshafts, and all gears.

That is one used and abused scx-10 but that doesn't matter.lol. Good luck and have fun! At least it comes with a few upgrade parts since it's used.
