Default Scx10 beater #2

So I wanted to give my first scx10 I got back in 2009 a face lift. It was the first kit I bought and had the 11.4 wheelbase. I also have a love for the old iron Chevys. So I ordered a clod body and a high clearance frame from the scale shop. After starting the project I wanted to try my hand at pinching the front and rear of the body. Here we go

Thanks! Still have to decide if I want lights and a winch in this one

Also forgot to mention earlier I swapped out shocks to dial the ride height in. Originally had the 90mm rc4wd emulsions then swapped the for 90mm gmade transitions which I set up in droop but now have the 80mm gmade transitions in droop. Really pleased with the performance of these shocks so far

Awesome, how close are we to running? Looking into a winch and possibly some thin steel to fab up the bumpers.

I've always like these Chevys too. Guess its because I grew up watching the Fall Guy. What happened to the SCX axles? They'd fit it a little better IMO.

I was using a bunch of left over parts. Only thing new are shocks and body. These axles were under my 2007 Chevy 1.9 that I chose to re vamp. So long story short just using what I have laying around
